We are the exclusive agents for an established Car Service/Limousine business located in NYC.The business is located in two (2) buildings on a major thoroughfare and is the major service in the area. The company has been established for over 25 years and has an excellent reputation and a strong customer base. The business is profitable with a projected discretionary owner income of about $300,000 as presently operated (flat rate basis). The acquisition includes two (2) storefront type buildings (approx. 15’ X 40’), six (6) limos and twelve (12) active phone lines. The car service business is a TLC licensed “Base”, with a computerized phone system handling twelve (12) phone lines, that is fully staffed to receive calls 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Presently, these calls are routed to about 60 drivers who have signed up for the service, paying a weekly fee of $90 for this service. When a call is received for a pick-up, it is entered into the computer and automatically routed to the drivers using the service. The first driver who responds to the service is assigned the pick-up and is responsible for the fare. The transaction also includes two (2) custom limos used for weddings, proms and other affairs, and 4 Lincoln Town Cars that are rented to private drivers. The six (6) cars are registered with the TLC.
